Hospice Program
Somers Manor Nursing Home offers Hospice Care to those who are in need of Palliative/Comfort Care. Our program focuses on managing pain and other symptoms while providing spiritual and emotional support to the resident and their family members.




Alzheimers/Dementia Program
Our specialized dementia unit is structured to provide a unique, nurturing environment for residents whose primary diagnosis is dementia. Through a rich activity program, thoughtfully equipped unit, and specially trained staff, the residents with dementia are afforded opportunities to maintain their highest possible level of physical and psychosocial functioning. Our Dementia Unit is secure, comfortable and engaging for residents whose independence is supported by a caring staff as well as the unit environment itself.
